Apparently Portland is saying no.
Not surprising. What are the Cavs going to offer them?

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

These are both excellent points.
Dallas talking with Boston about Rondo.
Please God let them mortgage their future or him.

There's got to be a 3rd team so Boston can get enough value. Wonder if we could get in and get Jeff green.

Boston has shown for the right assets they will eat the money. Wright and a 1st are decent young assets for a guy who has the potential to be 60 game rental. Not sure how they feel about Ledo or Crowder. also I'm not sure what other teams picks Dallas may have.
Wright
Felton or Nelson
Ledo or Crowder
A 1st
Other young asset or pick.
For
Rondo
There's no rumors or anything, but I have this weird inkling the Jazz might try to sell high when they can on Trey Burke. I'm not sure he'll get better and they have Exum and Hood to play the guards, and Alec Burkes who they just payed a lot for. Someone will bite.
Lakers trying to get Rondo now.
Ramona Shelburne: Lakers offer for Rondo was Nash & multiple picks. They have Houston's first in 2015 from Lin trade Twitter @ramonashelburne - See more at: http://hoopshype.com/rumors.htm#sthash.Ae7kqs1e.dpuf
IT'S OFFICIAL!
Pelicans HAVE ASKED about Jeff Green.
Jeff Zillgitt: Perceived as sellers, Celtics have received inquiries about Jeff Green from Clippers, Pelicans, Grizzlies but Cs not interested in offers. Twitter @JeffZillgitt - See more at: http://hoopshype.com/rumors.htm#sthash.XPbcjxuC.dpuf
Lakers and Knicks declined to be part of three-way deals that could've sent Rondo elsewhere, league sources tell Yahoo.

Dallas is emerging as the frontrunner in pursuit of a deal to acquire Boston's Rajon Rondo, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

They aren't interested in offers because they wanna play hard to get. The Clippers weren't listening to offers for Eric Bledsoe either for the longest time. Granted, that trade happened in the offseason.
I think Boston is wanting at least 2 lotto picks for Rondo.
Not gonna happen.
