For me it's the players. I'm not a Monty advocate, but I can see the frustration on Monty's face. His players can't perform, and that falls on the Players and Dell Demps.

It takes Monty until 5 mins left in a game where we are losing by double digits to put our superstar in the game. The play and effort has sucked tonight, but Monty isn't without fault.
