Thread: AD #2 in Scoring

  1. #1

    AD #2 in Scoring

AD is number 2 in scoring at 26.3, barely behind Kobe at 26.7

The difference is Kobe is taking a ridiculous 24 shots a game and shooting a horrific 37.8% eww.

AD is taking 18 shots a game and shooting an incredible 57.8% from the field.

AD = best player in the league.

Oh ya and he only averages 1.3 turnovers and 1.8 fouls per game.

    Unreal.

It's amazing, who thought that from Davis' rookie year that after the first month of his third season he would basically be leading the league in scoring.. lol

lol no one, i love how everyone said he would be a defensive juggernaught with a limited offensive game that revolved around put backs and dunks.

He keeps surpassing all of the superlatives laid at his feet, it's a privilege to watch this kind of talent grow.

I know what you are getting at, but I would just love to see AD average 24 shots a game....wouldn't be so ridiculous then....

I've been wanting to comment on /r/nba "Sure, he's leading the league in potentials per game, but also in blocks per game, and second in points...you know, real categories."

The whole ESPN ranking him 3 thread where I got downvoted to over -100 total is pretty hilarious.

It's now gone up to 35.9.

Jeff Withey has the second highest PER on the Pelicans team with a PER of 22.5.

I wouldn't have bet a penny on him being second in scoring in his third year. And i was quite optimistic about him both his first year and last year...he's amazing

Just like Davis West, Anthony Davis becomes a star. And soon to be a superstar. It is cool seeing it happen.
