I had enough, trade him for a bag of chips, he's not worth more than this.

He isn't a PG. They'd better get rid of him before he has zero value. He wilted under the ball pressure.
I am still a little perplexed as to why we didn't play Rivers and Jimmer together. It seemed to have worked vs the Magic. Why not try it again when Gordon is struggling and Rivers is getting 18 mins.?
I think Rivers is still a wild card. We are only in game two of the season, and game 1 showed promise.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.
Perry Jones doe
It is obvious coach doesn't trust Jimmer. If so he shouldn't have put him in at all. I mean I'm no brain surgeon but Jimmer not shooting once in 3.5 minutes is not real smart. Why else put the poor guy in there. My guess is coach thinks he has no choice but to play Jimmer.
You can't compare what Jimmer and Austin did against the Mavs guards... Barrea/Devin Harris >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Any Orlando guard combo.
They have 80 more games fellas relax. They are 2 games into the regular season they will learn from this.
The most overused words on Pelicansreport.com. Wrongly, I might add.
ELITE - (often used with a plural verb) the choice or best of anything considered collectively, as of a group or class of persons.
GREAT - notable; remarkable; exceptionally outstanding
These words should not be used lightly
He played good at the end of last year
I think Rivers provides a good spark off the bench. He can play D and create with the ball, drives in the paint better than most, the only real knock on him is he isn't a good spot up shooter. That prevents him from being a great player but he has other strengths and plays with good energy.
I've been crying about the selection from day 1. we were like.."we got AD, so lets blow this on a friend of the family"
OVER (anyone can pick a few names one 'shoulda picked-- but randomly picking with a brain beat that one
TERRANCE JONES 16.7 ppg and 8.7 reb 2 blks this year
JOHN HENSON however you look at him, he would assure we had the best defensive front even after asik, if he were to leave
JARRED SULLINGER 13.5 PPG THIS YEAR (and better than that)
TONY WROTEN 19.0 ppg 7.7 assists 4.7 reb this year
EVAN FOURNIER[/B] 16.7 PPG THIS YEAR coulda been our SF this year
KRIS MIDDLETON Our answer at SF. 3pt sniper averaging 11.7 this year, with 90 forwards on their roster
DRAYMOND GREEN would start at SF. averaging 10.5 and 7.5 reb, with 2 asst while sharing SF w Barnes and IGGy
PERRY JONES 19.7 ppg THIS YEAR- developmental pick that would have made us insanely deep and lengthy at SF
JEREMY LAMB 13.5 ppg in last 5 gamnes played
TYLER ZELLER
These threads are hilarious it's as if people were hoping for an 82-0 but now we're doomed.....I thought Halloween was over
Aren't we just 2 games into the season?
AD is also posting a 38.9 PER so far this year.
Let's wait awhile before quoting stats this year.
I told you so! I told you so! I told you so! Vindication! Ego appeament! I told you so!
Rivers isn't good. Is this still a debate? If anyone is waiting for him to become a quality contributor on a playoff team, you're gonna be waiting a while. He should be playing 3 mins a game.
Jimmer> Rivers. The front office is going to give Rivers every chance to succeed so until he gets hurt or traded he is going to continue to play.
"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"
