First u saw he didn't help the win now they were meaningless . He single handedly beat a okc team by himself and lead a 20 pt comeback aginst the nets. His game does translate into winning.

russ smith earning 2nd string pg, top 5 in r.o.y. voting
austin rivers earning 2nd string sg, having his best season
jimmer fredette successfully supplanting anthony morrow as 3 pt specialist
trading for a 3, or tyreke starting at the 3
a motivated eric gordon (hes only been and always been 'baron davis hurt')
    a fully recovered ryno
asik and ad collectively lead league in blocks + rebounds for combined front court starters
jrue holiday switches to pass 1st, averages 10+ assists

most importantly Monty Williams improves. i loved his 1st year in the league and our match ups in the playoffs. he's really become complacent on the sidelines and more erratic/clueless on his lineups and lack of game plan + ability to stick to that game plan. id like to see our coaching pay more attention to other teams weakness's and exploit those weaknesses the Entire game. also just common sense coaching improvements. when a player is hot, keep him in the game. when its the 4th quarter of a blowout, rest your best players and live to fight another day.
"These are my new shoes. They're good shoes. They won't make you rich like me, they won't make you rebound like me, they definitely won't make you handsome like me. They'll only make you have shoes like me. That's it."—Charles Barkley

Coach Monty is fine... how can you "stick to the game plan" when you have an injured team like we did last year. also from what I've heard from summer league, russ smith has a lot to work on before becoming back up pg. i'd like to see him come out hot and prove me wrong but as of right now, that sounds like a nightmare.

Gordon and Evans and Rives getting to the free throw line like they deserve (refs calling the fouls when they happen). If they got the same respect as Dwade or Harden or Ginobli we would be a much more efficient team and the other team would have some foul trouble and have to use more bench minutes. Gordon was especially ignored by the refs last year, and that has to change back if he is going to be effective.

Austin already is more of a 3pt threat than Tyreke.
