    Monty isn't going anywhere he knows if he attaches his self to AD he's good for a long time. It's called the Byron Scott.

    No, they fired him in November of '09 because the team was doing terrible the previous year and that year. You don't remember the Jeff Bower Head Coach™ season?

    It's good that they have a good connection. But if they don't take a step forward something has to give. He'll be without his coach and maybe even his GM.

    The one thing I would really like to see Monty begin to work with AD on is being able to pass out of the post and find the open player when double teamed.

    I noticed twice in USA games when Davis was doubled, instead of finding an outlet he panicked and jacked up an errant shot.

    Getting double-teamed and being able to make good passes out of it is one of the two main goals of a good post game.

    The other is using it to draw fouls.
