Definitely not a bad thread. I won't be able to watch it, though. At work and they block all the streams.

Thanks! Definitely nothing wrong with a FIBA thread. If anything it's more refreshing than the other threads we tend to get in the offseason.

If anyone watched the game, how'd he look? Averaging over a board every 2 minutes sounds really good against the Gasol brothers.

Well they were playing Spain, so probably Marc Gasol.

Well, he was against Ibaka and Marc Gasol.

These are also the kind of minutes he will probably be playing on our team against two good players in Marc and Pau. Probably a pretty good indicator as to what his rebounding stats will be like going forward. He will probably get around that a game which is awesome. He will probably take less shots for us so I don't trust the points. He got a block and was only one of two players with a fg% over .500. He also shot 3/4 at the line which is pretty awesome to see from him.

full game Turkey vs spain. You should watch this because Asik has to match up with Marc Gasol most of time. You can see how good he is in forcing Gasol to make tough passes. On offense, you can see asik's botched lay up, missed dunk and blocked hook shoot, then again Gasol is a former defensive player of the year

Whether they got cut or not, i feel like all the attention AD has been getting at the team USA camps has put a big X on his back for the other Team USA members. This season will really prove what he's made of imo.

    Wrong thread
