Alternative Uniforms.......

Does anyone know if the Pelicans will have more combinations of uniforms this year, besides the one home and one away uniforms.

Yes we will be getting one alternate this summer, Im not sure when but we will have one for next season, and after next season we will be getting another one.

It looks yellow, but it's supposed to be gold. Saints' gold actually. And what do you mean, you "wonder which comes first"?

Gold would give us some exclusivity. There's plenty of teams with red units...none with gold presently. Now, maybe there's a reason for that as 504 referred to, but it would be great if it works well.

I absolutely DESPISE "black for black's sake" uniforms... and the Pelicans having 1 would be just horrid

the Pels have 2 good colors to use outside of the white and blue we already do... red and gold... along w/ 2 other colors synonymous w/ this city... purple and green

we have no reason to get a black uniform

edit: the 1 change I'd like to see on any new uniform would be use of the word "Pelicans" on the chest

don't know how old those mock-ups are... but let's take into account the new NBA regs... NBA logo now above the player's name on back... not on the shoulder... which means no more FDB on the back of the jersey
