He will be a solid backup. Better than Miller or Southerland. I think the Room exception will be used for the starter.

Not bad not sure if this puts us over the playoff hump in such a loaded conference, but all in all pretty good given the advance rebuild we just witness.

I can't wait until we are rid of Aminu. Seems like a decent guy and all but he doesn't fit with our team at all. Let him go to a run and gun small lineup team and he'll put up good stats.

He wasn't on my long list of possible guys for a reason. Put it this way, I think Michael Beasley would be a better guy in the locker room

My thoughts exactly. Could spot start if we needed, with AD and Asik down low, not too worried if his defense isn't all that.

Casspi's contract is not fully guaranteed. Don't know if that parts helps us at all.

It doesn't. Him being included just makes it harder. If he is in the trade, it is because we want him and want to guarantee his contract.

My guess is that Babbitt and Hopson will be added from our end. We basically chose Casspi over Babbitt, which makes some sense.

No we really don't need to resign Aminu. Let it GO,Let it...ah forget it

I think he will make an excellent 6th option.

Saw that too. Even if the plan isn't to keep him this year (but I think we will), the trade still has to work cap wise before we can cut him. How do you feel about Casspi, would rather cut him? I think it's a good grab for solid dept at a position we desperately needed.

    Dell Demps is Gawd!

    Jrue/Rivers/Russ
    Gordon/Evans
    Room FA/Casspi
    AD/Ryno/Young
    Asik/Ajinca/Withey

Not bad. And room for a guy or two from Summer League like Courtney Fells or a long shot like Brandon Rush

PG - Jrue Holidy - Russ Smith (Tyreke anytime Jrue is not in)
SG - Gordon - Tyreke Evans - Austin Rivers
SF - Casspi - (Tyreke spot minutes)
    PF - Brow - Anderson
C - Asik - Young - Withey (Ajinca still on team?)

    Not enough players yet

opps posted this without looking above.

Not trying to debate, what your opinion. With all that happened last year with Evans struggling off the bench you really expect us to still start Gordon? I'd also bet $$$ that Young makes the team. Dude is very underrated.

Did we acquire Hopson? Must have missed that.
