    So I know nothing about this Carter guy, what is his story? Bad at everything else? Late bloomer? Personality issues? Seems like a Morrow type that should have a home somewhere if for nothing else his shooting ability.

    Just watched the Gates interview on the Pels website. 11 minutes long and only mentioned Babbitt when asked. Said "if he's able to join us." I can't see this being an illness/personal thing.

    Sorry I must have missed that. I thought he had a team option.
    So if Withey was there this must mean he wasn't part of the Rockets trade.

    Maybe Ajinca, Babbitt and Ely.
    The Rocket's still need a cheap backup at C.
