It's just not that easy IMO

I don't know what makes Westbrook tick. It's a person by person basis. I can sure as hell tell you discipline would have been handled before the playoffs though.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

I personally thought the thunder should have tried to grab Chris Paul when we were trading him, for Westbrook, but it didn't happen.

Agree. And I also think they should have re-signed Harden and moved Westbrook once Harden's contract kicked if they had to trade one of the 4

The Thunder performed pretty poorly in the playoffs last year against Memphis when Westbrook was out and Durant was the main man.

Unfortunately for them, I don't think they surpass the Grizzlies with or without Westbrook overexerting himself.

Scott Brooks isn't a bad coach; this is a nightmare match up for OKC

I'm happy the hire D'antoni discussion ends.
He doesn't fit to our team (smh).
A great fit would be Golden State.

Not true, I bought a Pelicans hat fairly recently from Lids.

Championship or not the guy's system changed how we think about offense.
There are a tone of both positive and negative things to say about him but would his system work on our team? I think so. Would it work better than our current system? I think so. That still doesn't mean that I can turn a blind eye to other issues with him or that I think he is the answer. I also very much value stability so I think it'd be a lateral move to slight upgrade.
