To those of you in the know...
How long will it be before we know for sure if there will be any coaching or front office changes? I know in the NFL, the ax falls pretty darn quick, but I do not follow the NBA enough to know whether the Grim Reaper strikes quickly, or if NBA teams take some time before deciding to move on from their coach and/or GM. Or, maybeif anyone was going to be gone, they'd have been gone already. I really don't know, hense the question.
For us, I can spoil it for you now - Neither Dell or Monty are getting fired.
If you are asking more in general, the NBA does it differently than the NFL. They spread it out more

That is one of the interesting things about the NBA. You can go into the draft without a gm or a coach, and everything is hunky dory. If that were to happen in the NFL you would be laughed at.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

I know Dell's coming back. But that Monty will probably be back too? Somewhat depressing. He's going to have to fail with a healthy, competetive team first before he's cut loose.
