Nope. Worst pick ever.
Execute him.
Love it! In two years he will be much better so looking at his drive to be great might not yield a All NBA but he will be a really solid player. He shows flashes of what he could do in High School but he was way too physically weak. I would trade EG and Tyreke before I trade Austin.
I wish we had a coach that could develop players.
"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

royce white is a better pick
Maybe the more playing time he got, the better he played.
He was too young and weak to be in the NBA. He never should of left Duke. It looks like a lost pick to some but you gotta project just a little bit. I don't get how some people on this board are so down on him. He has been improving since the day he got here either physically or maturity or his shot. He's a keeper people just be patient. Marshall???? C'mon we could of picked him up off waivers lets not get too excited about missing out on him we can prolly get him from LA because Nash, Blake and Farmar are all coming back from injury soon. He's playing great but could be had for a future second rounder.
He can really blow past anyone at all, even when decently guarded. If he keeps improving (and with AD as a bball mate he should be pushing himself even harder) he'll be a good bench player. Not exactly what i hoped for when we picked him, but much better than the alternative
Shoulda, woulda, coulda. He's in the NBA now. We gotta deal with it. Hell, I mean it's a year later now, and he's done nothing but basketball and he's not a great deal bigger. How was he supposed to get more NBA ready in college than he is now after a whole, if injury rehab laden offseason?
Sullinger was the guy I wanted along with Davis, all the way back to December 2011 before Davis was even considered the top prospect.

But I was fine with drafting Rivers at 10 if they didn't want to go with Sullinger. They had the plan to trade for Ryan Anderson at that point, along with bringing in Robin Lopez, so I understand why they didn't want to go with 2 bigs in the draft. We all knew Rivers was a long term prospect when he was drafted, but we also knew he was a talented player and he's played much better defense already than we expected.
I like him.
You can't expect someone to be the saver after a major injury and months of cold bench.
Be patient!
