This all the way. People see Stephenson's numbers and think he is another Josh Howard, or some high performing shmow, but he is the batteries to that Pacers team. We know about Paul George, and Hibbert, and Granger, but Stephenson is the guy that fills in all the cracks that those guys don't have in their game. I like him a lot.

The ASG isn't about who is better, and that is the issue.
I would like the voting if they did it like the electoral college. States coun't for a certain number of votes. So, all the Kobe lovers in China and California can vote a million times a day but that only gets him a certain number of votes, and then the unbiased states can even it out.

I know the west is deep this year. But it's hard for me to believe that you can average an efficient 20/10 and lead the league in blocks and not be considered one of the top 5 big men in your conference.
Curry got snubbed last year and is starting this year. Guys usually make it a year late. But again, AD will make it this year and would have if not for the rediculousness that is the fan vote. He is not an All-Star with an asterisk. He is an All Star

Don't understand the LOL's at Dirk. AD needs to be there too, but Dirk absolutely deserves his spot. He's close to a 50-40-90 season right now.
And what is he doing on the defensive end? There are two sides after all.
He is scoring one more point per game, but AD is crushing him in rebs, steals, blocks, PER. Both are great, one is better.
Not arguing Davis' validity; he absolutely needs to be there. But so does Dirk IMO. Both guys should be there over Bryant (obviously, but this will be fixed), Parker (great, but not playing at Davis' level this year and he's like a fourth PG. There b/c Spurs need a rep) and Howard.

Why are there so many pg's, when the front court was so stacked? Heck, they couldn't even muster a 2nd sg they stocked up on so many pg's.

It just makes sense considering Davis will be an official ambassador to a lot of the events already.

I'm not that mad about Nowitzky getting the spot. Of course, I would prefer Davis, but Dirk is also having a good year, shooting almost 50-40-90. Plus, it's like a recognition to his career.

Michael Wilbon mentioned something about Chris Paul may not be playing in ASG. That might make way for Dragic.
