Can't give the ball away against teams like the Rockets and Hawks.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

Kobe's on pace to win MVP in my opinion.

Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams

Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston

Marion > Jamison. Proof is in the pudding.

I'm still torn on this. You saying you think that the Dallas Mavericks are better without a superstar in Jamison? I hope that is the case. I need more than 5 games to prove that though. I think it's no doubt though that Marion may be a better fit. But my depth is completely gone now. 1 more injury and my season is over.

You might have better balance with your offense but the scoring volume will be missed without Jamison.

See that is what I'm worried about as well. BUT, can the rest of the team pick up the slack with no problem? Biedrins performance seems to say they can. We will see.

Dude, in those last five games he averaged about 26ppg and 15rpg and almost 5bpg! Simply ridiculous.

Jamison is a big time inside scorer but that's all he does. Marion is a better shooter, defender, and rebounder. He doesn't score as well as Jamison overall but he does everything else better. He's higher on the index as well meaning the computer thinks he's better overall. I think your team is more balanced with Marion starting. Your team clearly did better with Marion starting. Now maybe Jamison would help the team more at PF, but Bass played well in his supporting role.

You have 4 guys who can put up points at any given time so Jamison's scoring won't be missed. The only thing that hurts is depth, but you can acquire depth from some crafty trades.

    Ilyasova starting:

    Ilyasova - 32.6 M, 8.75 P, 10.88 R, 37.7%
    Wilcox - 24.56 M, 10.94 P, 6.06 R, 45.3%

    Thoughts?

This a trick question? Seems pretty obvious the production is better all around from both guys when Killya is starting. What advantages do you see when Wilcox starts?

6-4 with some dominant victories when Wilcox started

    9-7 when Illy starts

Wilcox gives you more offense but Ilyasova does more defense and rebounding plus doesn't turn the ball over as much. Wilcox probably takes shots away from Martin and Yao in the starting lineup. Personally I would use Wilcox in his 6th man role and start Ilya to let him defense and rebound while letting Martin, Yao, and Ridnour take care of the scoring while Wilcox brings offense off the bench.

Yeah, I'm a few steps ahead of you already. Wilcox is going back to back-up PF/C.

Jason Smith and Drew Gooden have been pleasant surprises towards the back end of my bench.

I'd start sova but would try to have both if them average around 28 minutes a game

I've learned that trap and press seem to be different. I look at press as a full-court option and trapping as a half-court option.

I've been pleased with my defensive production so far. Probably not gonna change that.
