Weirdly enough...the shorts look better than the shirts imo. Lettering on New Orleans font is far too small. Reminds me of high school PE uniforms or something. Eh,.... whatever.

This. The Net's unis are fresh and striking. Ours are blah and muted.

I was really hoping for more of a throwback look - either Wilkins-era Hawks, current Wizards, or current Nets.

All of Bigdub's possible concepts were better than this. I just don't understand the uniform industry when fan submissions are ROUTINELY better than corporate designs.

I think these retail "swingman" versions in Bee-Fense's post have a more hip cut than ours. That's another complaint about the unis unveiled today - the cut of current NBA jerseys varies widely. We got a crappy cut as well as a crappy design IMO.

The branding is disappointingly boring. With all the hype and novelty of the new name they did a disservice to the fans with the court design and uniforms imo.

The nets jerseys are striking because the font is bolder and the black/white contrast is great. If the font on our jerseys was bolder, it would be more striking. I don't see why they just didn't follow the theme of the logo where NOLA is huge and bold, would've worked the same for the jerseys.

Dude, Black always sells big! Bad comparing buddy and bad color match by Sir Tom Benson aka Archie Bunker with light on light on the Home Jersey's. Meaning the Gold trimming next to a White jersey. Nothing wrong with having Gold on the jersey, just don't put it next to a light color like White! Let the Gold trimming outline a dark color like Blue. Plus add the small wording of "New Orleans" on the front makes it look empty! Just another goofy blunder by Tom Benson aka Archie Bunker, anyway... Go Pels!
