I like it, thanks commish. I see some players in the late lottery that might be decent.

  5. #30
There's actually atleast 20 players that can be decent rotation guys and contribute.

Horford should be an A potential (not because hes my pick) he was a top prospect and he really performed at the next level too. As for Kevin Durant his potential should be downgraded to a C then changed back to an A once Kcla and Cprej pick. Thats just being Picky though.

Yeah, Wikipedia could help with that, commish. It's what I use when I'm planning ahead for future drafts.

That and NBA.com. Can't wait til the Sim League get to the made up draft prospects with the fake names but that will be a long time from now.

I'm actually not done yet. Still have the 2nd round prospects to do.

Can the game create them? I don't think anyone is too worried about the 2nd rounders if it saves you some time. Other than guys who actually turned into solid NBA players.

    Player: Greg Oden
    Before Ratings:B+ Inside
    A- Def
    A- Reb
    Suggested Ratings:B- Inside
    B+ Defense
Reasons: With A potential he will grow into himself, but these ratings look more like what he will become more than who he was as a rookie. He was a very raw offensive player and a good defender.

    Player: Kevin Durant
    Before Ratings:rebound C-
Suggested Ratings: Rebound C (Add to Defensive rebound not offensive)
Reasons: Although he's a poor rebounder in his rookie year, he goes on to rebound at 7 per clip.

    Player: Al Horford
    Before RatingsOutside: C-
Suggested Ratings:Outside: C But only add to jumpshot; not 3 point shooting
    Reasons:
Horford always has been a good jump shooter. With only B potential i think we need to even him out a bit.

    Player: Yi Jianlian
    Before Ratings:
    B Defense
    C Potential
    Suggested Ratings:
    C+ Defense
    A Potential
Reasons: Yi didn't do much coming into the league well, but he was always known as a guy who had a ton of potential.

    Player: Julian Wright
    Before Ratings:A Defense
    Suggested Ratings:B Defense
Reasons: Write had the [potential to do a lot but in no way was he ever elite at anything. NO! (lol)

    Player: Marc Gasol
    Before Ratings:Handle 38
Suggested Ratings:Handle C+ (all from passing not dribbling) and bump up his potential to about a 85.

still working but i wanted to get this posted.

"I don't know if people know — I dislocated my pinkie finger. And [Tyreke] told me, 'You wanna go home or you wanna be here?' I want to be here. And he said, 'All right, then go tape it up and let's play. Let's go. We not stoppin' at no stores. Straight gas. That's what we do, just keep going.'"

Disagree. I think we need to up some of their current ranking but keep potential at B.

Yea I'd move Oden to 75 potential especially when he's so close to B+ inside and A defense.
I like Oden's potential being high, but i think he needs to be seriously bumped down.

I really love the way aldridge was done in the draft. He loks like he can pan ot right too. I think guys who have their skills refined should have less potential and more exact ratings and guys like alridge durant and such should have super high potential and ratings lowered.

Damn Ball nailed most or all of my ideas.

  23. #48
    Player: Mike Conley
Before Ratings: Handles C+, Potential B
Suggested Ratings: Handles B-, Potential A
Reasons: His Handles Are better than average and he doesn't turn the ball over as much. His potential should be an A because it gives whoever drafts him a chance to train his outside shooting because over time he became a good shooter.

    Player: Al Hortford
    Before Ratings: Potential B
    Suggested Ratings: Potential A
Reasons: His potential was high comming out of Florida if it wasn't he would not have been picked 3rd overall.

    Player: Joakim Noah
Before Ratings: Rebounding B, Potential B
Suggested Ratings: Rebounding B+, Potential A
Reasons: Noah comming out of college was known for his hustle, defense and rebounding.

    Agree with Eazy-P's too.

Will we get to review the remaining players since Carl Landry and a few other names are still outstanding?

I think Noah is too high on Easy's
