    I really don't get enough respect in this league.

    Surprised i didn't get a GMOY vote (not sure if i should have won it, but I should have gotten a vote)
    shocked Harrington didn't get an MIP vote (he should have won in my opinion)

    guess i just have to work harder.

    I plan on voting every year I'm a gm. Just didn't want to vote this year considering I was gm for 6 games. I didn't think it would be fair for me to vote.

    It's because of the way it's put out there. I forgot all about it. I thought about it the day it was mentioned and then forgot. It's in PM form so there's no thread that gets bumped or anything. That's why. We do have lots of activity but I know I forgot completely about it and I'm sure most did. Poor presentation is all.

    I suggest a thread next season. And when you vote in PM form you post that you voted. Simple. It gets bumped and everyone sees it and remembers to do it. That would do the trick.

    I always forget. Plus, GM of the year usually is hard for me to decide on. I'm on good terms with a lot of you guys, and I know how hard some of y'all have been working to improve your squads. I tend to look at the effort a bit more than the results.

    As dumb as it sounds ; we probably need to not allow non playoff teams to collect their lux tax points if they don't vote and fine everyone else points for not voting.

    you can have rules similar to luxury tax rules: you don't vote->you lose points. You don't have points to pay->lose your MLE. Just a suggestion but would probably work
