Well why can't the lotto be before resignings... Isn't that how it goes in real league too? Last season commish had a vacation so we rushed thru retirings and had a week for resignings while he wad out. I still think draft lotto should be first.

I consider the resignings period to be like real like extensions. You either agree to what the player wants or he'll test FA
