But for a couple stretches in 4th quarters a few other shots, Roberts had a subpar Summer League.

Pierre Jackson made some plays as well.

Josh Owens didn't belong out there. And Jon Brockmon and Lance Thomas can't rebound.

Roberts went 3-14, but made two crazy 3pointers - one from 3/4 court, not much else for 13 points.

Miller had a solid game as well 7-12 for 15 points.

Withey had some moments on defense.

    Everyone else, eh.
    Thanks mate.
    What about PJ?

Much of nothing. Played 10 minutes, went 2-3 for 5 points with a couple of fouls and two TOs.

    Thanks
I'm glad Miller had another decent game.
Which leads me to think if we sign Oden who becames the
3 inactive players on the roster?

    PJ, Withey and ????
I don't really want to stunt Miller's development.

FT% is huge for him. That doesn't change vs. stronger competition.
    Wherehappens.

It does if the barrier is partially psychological.

"I'm not going to allow my putative owner to answer that question, this is an NBA related press conference. Paul Tagliabue and Roger Goodell have collectively sung their praises of Tom and if uh ESPN has a problem with that tell Mr. Skipper to call me at my office."

    Which it clearly is.

Still, it's encouraging. Anyone care to look ups FT% from summer league last year?

I don't think his ft has anything to do mentally. It is all form if you watch him closely you will see. You can see his mechanics are so inconsistent and the ones he misses his form is obvious.

It can definitely be mental. Can you imagine hitting a drive off the teebox with your buddies one day and then Tiger, Phil, Rory Mcilroy on national TV?

While his struggles from the FT line are most likely a product of poor technique, it is worth nothing that the pressure an NBA player feels to hit a free throw in a regular season game, and in extension, a postseason game, as opposed to a summer league game is most likely much greater. Just something to keep in mind moving forward.

This game is more mental than physical; trust me. When a player has the skills and masters the mental aspect is when they become great.
