    All 13 failures get paid this year right? As in not just the top 10 failures. It looks like I am the third, fourth, or fifth most successful failure this yeah and hoping I don't need to rely on a coin toss to get some points. You know, kinda like when I lost a coin toss last year in a three way tie...

    Can they collect this year's and pay? I hate to say void his bill, but allow him to pay off debt with current earnings (since he didn't incur his debt).

    Yes he can pay with whatever points he gets this year. He'll still be coming out ahead, I think.

    I asked when luxury tax was brought up right before the beginning of the season. Was new and confused about the rule and asked I had to pay the due and was told no.
