It's almost like we have a bunch of young players that aren't nearly as experienced and haven't been with the team long, yet are playing big minutes.

We have young and inexperience Players...But where is the effort on the defensive end ? What's is our offensive philosophy ? The game management ? We are supposed to be getting better , not regressing

I'd say it starts with Dell, actually. He has put us in a lose lose situation without Gordon.

But we're in a rebuild and they've said they won't take shortcuts so I won't get that upset.

No Gordon, no Davis, no Jack, no Landry, no Belinelli, and so on. It's really not that surprising.

And I don't agree about the lack of effort. Lack of team speed more than anything.

Look who is on the floor for us right now. Vasquez, Mason, Aminu, Anderson, and Lopez. You'll be hard pressed to find 10 players at their respected positions who move worse than Vasquez, Mason, Anderson, and Lopez.

Monty is not the problem. The personnel is the problem. We have the most unathletic players in the NBA starting from Vasquez all the way down to Lopez. Our quickest guy is Rivers who is not even that quick and does not understand the concept of a rotation. It is inevitable that our defense will be horrible, regardless of who is coaching this team.

i said he cant create his own shot well...he needs to develop a pull up jumper...but he is young as well

What's surprising is the rate of which we are giving up wide open 3 point shots . I agree , the personnel is lacking & Monty doesn't have much to work with . But there is a defensive problem when we are constantly giving up 3s from the same spot on the floor every single game .
