The Heat GM is here. I heard he offered money to the commissioner to rig the lottery, and he has since been warned if he tries that again he will be forced to resign.

Ron Burgundy: "Before we get this party started, let’s welcome two very poor broadcasters, Jay Bilas and Jon Barry.”

Jon Barry: “Thanks, I guess, Ron. Well we here at ESPN would like to welcome everyone to a very special night. This 2003 Draft could very well be looked back upon as a draft that shaped the future of the league.”
Jon Barry: “Yes Tim, tonight any of these teams could win the right to select a number of players, including Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade, Chris Kaman, TJ Ford, and David West. But the real prize tonight is none other than High School Phenom LeBron James."
Jay Bilas: “Young LeBron James is a player who will instantly bring whichever team wins tonight lottery into the national spotlight. He will be the second player out of High School to be picked first overall, and when all is said and done if he lives up to the hype he will go down as one of the best ever.”
Barry: “What sets James apart from so many others right off the bat is the vision and passing skills he possesses at such a young age. He sees the play before it happens. He is blessed with a great combination of size, athleticism, and strength that possibly only one other player has been blessed with, and that is the great Magic Johnson. LeBron is only 18 years old, but at 6’8 and 240 lbs has the skills of a point guard.”
Bilas: "The second most coveted guy in this draft is probably the Syracuse Freshman Carmelo Anthony. Anthony stands at 6'8 and 220 lbs. Melo is probably the best pure scorer in this draft, with a great ability to score from inside and outside. Anthony also exhibits good rebounding skills that will surely make him a force in the NBA."
Now lets welcome NBA Deputy-Commissioner Adam Silver to unveil the draft order.
