Melo will probably bully his way to the rim every chance he gets and Scott Foster will have a field day with the whistle. Game ova.

Spike Lee & Josh Brolin expected at tonight's #Hornets game vs the #Knicks! We'll be chatting with them court side on @FSNewOrleans!Video:Monty at shootaroundJim Eichenhofer @Jim_Eichenhofer
A joking Monty, asked about AD adding muscle/weight: "I'm sure he's going to put on another 20 pounds at some point - hopefully by tonight."

The Knicks score the most points from three per game in the league.

I guess this is a small bright spot. We get our own shots blocked 6.6 times per game, that's 26th in the league. Not good. But the Knicks are 27th in the league in blocks, at only 3.9 per game.
Guess who is putting in time at WBOK 1230 AM Talk Radio... Don't guess, it's me. Tune in on Fridays at 12 noon for Sport-a-Talk with Roe Brown and you might just hear me!
Feel free to PM me for details.
Yeah, I hope it's as good as the Korean version, though I doubt it.
I kind of have feeling we may pull out a W tonight?.... or maybe it's just close to lunchtime.![]()

yes. photoshop skills are limited. but found a grinch font and couldn't resist.
Interesting scouting report on Melo:
What’s the best way for teams to defend Carmelo in the post?
• Force him to back down his defender. With his back to the basket, Carmelo is shooting 6-for-15 this season.
• Once he starts backing down his defender, it may be wise to bring a hard double team. When Anthony has been double-teamed with his back to the basket, he has passed the ball on nine of 12 plays. All of those nine passes have been kick-outs to the perimeter. In fact, Anthony hasn’t passed the ball once to a cutter with his back to the basket this season.
• Once he faces up, Carmelo will almost always either take a one-dribble jumper or drive all the way to the basket. On one-dribble jumpers, he’s shooting 4-of-8 and has been fouled twice.
• If Carmelo faces up, don’t let him drive to the basket without help defense. This season when Anthony faces up and drives without help defense, he’s 5-for-8, and all three of his misses came in the Knicks’ opening game against the Miami Heat.
• After his first dribble, send a hard double team. Anthony has faced a hard double team only twice this season when he faces up and drives to the basket. On those two plays, he has a missed shot and a turnover.
