Don't like how often the ball rotates to Aminu from guys like Vasquez or Rivers who I'd rather take early 3s.

We only have one above average perimeter one on one defender out there in Aminu. Vasquez lacks the foot speed and constantly gets beat by quicker guards, and Rivers is a little in over his head right now until he gets used to things. Not to mention that Ellis is hard for anyone to guard. And he doesn't guard people running off screens so good.
It'll take time.
Guess who is putting in time at WBOK 1230 AM Talk Radio... Don't guess, it's me. Tune in on Fridays at 12 noon for Sport-a-Talk with Roe Brown and you might just hear me!

Davis likes the 3rd quarter, I guess.

Wow. Meyers is just amazing. He can tell when a shot is release if it looks good or not. Never saw that with Bob.

Don't go away from Davis when he's feeling it, guys.
He's been in foul trouble.
And our guards really need to improve defensively. We're out of position and leaving the three point line open because our guards can't stay in front of their man. We're basically putting more attention on drivers because a lay up is a higher percentage shot than a three. But that's beating us.

you know, i've noticed that since Vasquez has played in FIBA ball, his 3 pointer looks less like a shot-put and more like a legit 3 point shot. good stuff
He's never sold out for blocks. Go straight at him, or try to take a shot with the shot clock in your face, he'll reject you with ease. Try to take a wide open jumper when the game is on the line? He'll get a hand in your face. But he's not swatting flies out there like JaVale McGee or DeAndre Jordan.
