How long until this is in the Arena?

Does anybody know if there are any items in the arena that are Gluten-Free? My wife has celiac disease and cannot eat anything during the games because she is afraid of getting sick. I am a season ticket holder and plan on attending a lot of games and we eat dinner at the games. Lately she has been just eating at the house before we leave, but that is taking too much time. Any advise or help is appreciative.
