    Salary Floor

We will be implementing a salary cap floor this season. You must meet this floor by at least the day of the first sim or you will be penalized.

This seasons floor is set at 75% of the cap, which is 35,100,000.

The cap will stay at 48.6 (or was it 46.8?) correct?

I see some teams are negative in cap space. What does that mean in terms of being negative? How does it get adjusted do they have to release or trade players by a certain time frame or do they end up paying in points?

They are just over the cap. Can't sign free agents unless its to an MLE, LLE, or Vet min.

We do not have a luxurary tax yet.

They can also take on salary via trade only if it's within 10% of the salary they are sending out.

Do we have to stay above the salary floor for the entire season? Just asking, as I see a couple teams below it.
