Nah. I mean that I don't like how Miller released his shot after he reached the apex of his jump, the point when you stop going up and start falling back down. You're taught to release either as you're going up or at the top of your jump.

When you shoot it when you start to fall your momentum is going away from the shot forcing you to put more force than you should. It's an incremental difference but a shot being off by two inches can mean the difference between it banging off the back of the iron and in or bricking long.

You're not comprehending what I'm saying. I'm not saying that his defense is poor or that he doesn't put effort into his defense. What I'm saying is that he doesn't defend all the way through the shot attempt. He doesn't contest jump shots. That doesn't work against a shooter like Gordon. He's been doing it since game 1 and has continued today.

You said he plays "lazy defense." Thats what I do not agree with. And the time Rivers didnt leave his feet and got Kemba to travel is why you dont always leave your feet.
