NBA Danny Granger out 3 months

The Indiana Pacers expect to be without Danny Granger for approximately the next three months after the star forward had an injection to treat patellar tendinosis in his left knee, the team announced Wednesday.

Granger had the injection on Tuesday. It was performed by Dr. James Andrews in Gulf Breeze, Fla.

Granger originally suffered his knee injury during last spring's Eastern Conference semifinals. The team announced late last month that he was sidelined indefinitely because of his sore left knee.

The Hornets won't be seeing Danny Granger this season.

I guess athlete's really like to have fun during the offseason instead of getting injuries taken care of and rehabbing and being able to be ready for when their seasons begin.

Paul George hasn't stepped up either. 14 ppg on 40.7% shooting.

Yeah, at least. I'm sure Pacer fans are wishing he would've did it at some point in the offseason.
