    What happens offensively doesn't matter all that much in terms of getting back, every coach has a strategy on which players get back and protect the rim and which players crash the offensive glass. Now I don't know which guys are supposed to be getting back, but only one of them are really doing it.

    He pump fakes and gets his man in the air.....then all he needs to do is lean into him.
