Grabbed much further down than his knee for anything like that. A severe ankle sprain is most likely. I've had far less gruesome looking ankle rolls leave me totally unable to put weight on that foot. Couldn't ball for nearly two weeks. And I didn't even bother wrapping it or getting it looked at.

Let's hope it is an ankle instead of a knee.

Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams

Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston

I'm probably wrong. I have done the injury iI was describing . It looked exactly how I did mine. I hope it is a high ankle sprain. I really couldn't tell what he was holding.

Probably not. Give that injury time to get right and by the looks of it, it may be more than a week.

Probably not. But, my goodness. This feels like I avoided a bullet to the heart and it just winged me in the shoulder, instead.

Not saying you're wrong about how the injury happened and all. But he wasn't grabbing his knee. Down for a month tops, me thinks.

But seriously, our guard situation is just torrid. Outside of Gordon, we got nothing. Vasquez can't guard anyone and is unfit to push the tempo which the new configuration of the team is best suited for. Roberts is going to be our Pargo. A streaky guy that gets hot at random times. Rivers is on the shelf and not sure if he needs to be sniping from the wing or attacking the basket.

Need some serviceability out there, Demps. You know the drill.
