Damn, looks like the Wolves will have trouble out the gate unless Derrick Williams steps it up in his place.

http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/85...ks-broken-handMINNEAPOLIS -- Minnesota Timberwolves star Kevin Love will miss the next six to eight weeks after breaking his right hand in a workout on Wednesday.
The team made the announcement after practice, saying Love broke the third and fourth metacarpals on his shooting hand during a morning workout.
It's a crushing blow to the Timberwolves, who already will be without star point guard Ricky Rubio for at least the first six weeks while he recovers from a torn ACL in his left knee.
Tough break (no pun intended) for the Wolves.

Hunny B you're always on it... Hi5!.
This injury sucks for them. That team can't catch a break but it will be cool to see what D.Williams can do
wish it would have happened last year

It sounds horrible, but the more injuries in the west, the better. Definitely dont think we will make the playoffs, but other teams struggling with adversity can't hurt the cause
Thats really going to hurt their playoff odds. Feel bad for the guys, but look out for the Hornets first and that increases our (small) odds of making the playoffs.
This hurts my fantasy team. Seriously though he is very important to that team but they shall do good until he return. This also means we maybe we get the playoff experience early. Regular season is taking forever
The only silver lining I can see is that they will play Derrick Williams more, and can use him as a deadline trade chip if his play is stellar. I think Cleveland would be interested, maybe even for their first rounder pending how their season goes up until that point.
Granted, he is only in his 2nd year but Minny seems to have already lost faith in him.
When someone says no pun intended...the pun's usually intended. hahhaa. just playin', but really
