Some teams are having Media Day today but the Hornets' Media Day will be on Monday, 10/1.

I've always liked when they did these on the Hornets. Glad to see they're including the Hornets again.

Hornets add to training camp roster Solomon Alabi, Dominique Morrison and Chris Wright. New Orleans is at 17 players
Alabi is a project I've had my eye on for quite some time now. He's a 7'1, 250 Center. Morrison is a SF who can shoot the lights out. Nice potential.

Asked Ryan Anderson what position he thinks he'll play this year, he said he doesn't know yet but the 3, 4, or 5 is fine.

I really think he is strong enough to play the 5. He is one of those guys that is just scrappy, and he'd have Davis protecting the rim behind him on defense. Offensively, it would be a nightmare for an opposing Center trying to cover him on the perimeter. Major mismatch, and Anderson was hinting that Monty is "very creative and progressive" in what he wants to do with this lineup. That's just me, though...
