I think it's a realistic prediction for us- it's a tough, tough conference this season. With so many young players on the roster, there's going to be inconsistency.
Really surprised they've got Houston that high- I think they'll finish stone motherless last in the conference.
Golden State would probably want to be doing better than 38 wins with that roster.

According to Hoopsworld, Golden State is paying $71 million for that roster. They're in the luxury tax so they better do well with that roster.
