It's insider, but if you got it, it's a pretty good read.
Only gave 4 teams A's: Us and Lakers (A+), Celtics (A), and Nuggets (A-)
Also, found this to be a pretty bold and exciting closing statement:
Link: http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/story...des-every-teamPair this group with Monty Williams, one of the more underrated coaches in the league, and the future in New Orleans has never been brighter. The Hornets may not be a playoff team this season, but they are firmly on the same trajectory the Thunder were a couple of years ago.
Did we get just an A or an A+? Or what?

What I'm so excited about is that the 2 guys we drafted were supposed to be 2 of the hardest workers in the draft. Rivers and Davis are both know for their tremendous work ethic, and both have the drive to be great. Combine that with Monty's affinity towards developing young players, and we have a recipe for success.
Davis with Monty couldn't be any more of a perfect pairing - defense meets defense. And Rivers respects Monty more than just about anyone in the league and basically grew up with Monty at his house, so there is a unique bond there that I think will really allow Rivers to grow into the player we all hope he can be.
Pre season couldn't get here fast enough.

And of course we were gonna get an A+. With the draftees, resigning EG, acquiring Ryan Anderson, and dumping a HUGE chunk of salary by trading Emek and Ariza, we accomplished everything we set out to do this offseason.
The trade of Meka and Ariza for nothing is worth a A+ neverminding how we swung Anderson, lucked into AD, took Rivers, AND retained EG at a lesser amount than he really wanted.
Oh yeah. That's an A+ offseason.
Now for an A+ regular season! Onward!
Here are the grades from NBA.com.

Extend Monty's contract and Chuck Norris himself would give us an A+++
