Dell and Monty Team

I know they havn't been here long, but can we say finally say this is Dell and Monty team. We all know this is not a finish product and they are several years away from contending, but i like the direction this team is going in, and i like all the young and up-coming players we have assemble.

I am also eager to see how Monty shapes and molds them into a hard fighting take no prisoners type of team.

I didn't know everything needed to be spell out, but i was referring to the fact that they had done an outstanding job of getting rid of old veterans with bad conntracts ... ex. Mo-Pete, Peja, Okafor, Ariza, Landry etc. and replace them with young exciting players with plenty of potential ... Rivers, Davis, Lopez, Gordon, Vasquez, J. Smith, Henry, and Anderson, guys that i feel Monty is comfortable with.

These guys not only have potential, but they also have favorable contracts, which will allow Dell to keep tweaking and building the team in the future.
