Do rookies need to be on the team for 60 days to trade them?

A lot of people have been confused with some of the newer trade rules that came along post-1st season.
Is it 60 days from the day of transaction (in the game)? For all players (just signed/drafted players included)?
I'll leave this thread here... so anyone else with questions... please feel free to post.

Do rookies need to be on the team for 60 days to trade them?
2004-2005 Sim League World Champion Los Angeles Lakers
i acquired most of my new starters before the draft and free agency. How many days would that be in the game?
It's really simple, go into the index, go to transactions and find the player you are looking for and the day the transaction was made.
Then, add 60. Just know that the last day for the season is 185, after that it starts over at 1. So if you acquired a player on day 180, you can trade him on day 55. Acquired a player on day 183, then you can trade him on day 58. And so on. This counts for any players you acquired via trade or free agency.
Rookies do not count, you can trade them. Unless of course you aren't the team that originally drafted them.

I know this will get the commish some more work but heres what I'm proposing
Since we cannot do 3 way trades here, how about giving a 1 day(real world time) window for newly acquired player to be traded to another team?

Trade checker question.
When inputting a players salary do you put the entire salary over the course of the contract, or do you input just what they are making this season?
example:
Player 1 making $10 mil a year for 2 years. $20 mil overall. When i input his salary in trade checker do i input the $10 mil or the $20 mil ?
Also what team would i input his salary into? "team 1" (team player is currently on) OR "team 2" (team player is being traded to)?
You enter what they're making during the season because that's what matters in the trade.
But thank you for this.. will make things a lot easier to understand.
One question only because I forgot this, but when is the trade deadline?

Are we allowed to trade players back to the team you acquired them from after 60 days?
Also wanted to add a new one. You cannot trade players you signed to an exception.
can injured players be traded?
Don't know the rule in the NBA, just know you can't trade players signed to an exception in the game.
Does that include anyone signed to the vet min or just the mid level and bi annual?
Also, can we trade a player back to the team they were acquired from after 60 days?
If a player was re-signed to the team he was originally on, does the team have to wait the full 60 days to trade him too?
