I think Dwight's sits there and dreams up the places with the fewest assets and demands trades there.

LOL seriously. Probably some high school girl that has a crush on him. Or Chris Broussard.

Yep, Danny Ferry just made Atlanta a *potential* landing spot for both Chris Paul AND Dwight Howard in FA next season.

    lmao.

I just heard that the Suns offered Nash a 2 year 12 million dollar contract. Doesn't make any sense to me. Why not just let him walk instead of insulting him?

Dwight is from Atlanta and if they can dump Smith, they will have cap room. Horford is a very good player already.

Emeka Okafor - Al Jefferson - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Aaron McKie

Joe Smith - James Posey - Mateen Cleaves

Maybe then Atlanta could actually sell some tickets.

Joe Johnson was the biggest F/A signing (actually sign/trade) I can recall for ATL. Even with all of that cap space, it doesn't seem like ATL would be a desired locale for the big time players. They should get as many draft picks as they can, spend wisely, & build around Horford.
Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.

Can Orlando just force Dwight to play in the D league, or worse, trade him to the bobcats?

It feels like so long ago that I was lambasted for suggesting that Brooklyn couldn't pay Deron, Joe Johnson, Wallace, AND Dwight. I thought Prokorov was a billionaire guys? Why not just have his big 4 like it's nothing?

It's about assets not money, but keep patting yourself on the back.

Him being a millionaire doesn't mean he'll be willing to pay the lux tax penalties.

The penalties to pay for those four guys in like three years would be outrageous.

That didn't take long: now being told not to count out DH still making his way to the Nets. So list now is: 1.(Nets) Mavs.

Re: DH still finding his way to Nets. Should've added: Just maybe not right away.

Howard is actually friends with Josh Smith so any move to Atlanta would have to keep Smith in a Hawks uni.
Tom Smykowski: Well-well look. I already told you: I deal with the god damn customers so the engineers don't have to. I have people skills; I am good at dealing with people. Can't you understand that? What the hell is wrong with you people?

Yep, agree 100%. I said no way they could afford those guys and was told Prok was a billionaire and would pay the luxury tax.

I think if you are already in the luxury tax then you just can't sign anyone else.

There's so many ways around it, it's not even an issue.

That would be pretty good for them if Ferry can pull off a trade for Dwight Howard or sign him and CP3 next offseason!
