Apparently it will be part of Austin Rivers' contract that the team is re-named the Dukes.

What else could be used logo wise for the Dukes? I know I'd use the sword/shield logo that I made for the Knights. I love that logo. But where else could we take the Dukes? I think that name would have to go the same route as the Krewe meaning our city name would have to follow after it, Dukes of New Orleans, which IMO doesn't sound that bad! It's still different and along the same lines as the Krewe.

I Googled 'Duke of Orleans' before and all I got was a bunch of pic's of the pretty boys wearing wigs and stockings!
