Big development projects like this takes time.
While I have experience working on development/preservation projects in the city, I don't have intiment knowledge about the details of the outlet.
The mall might not ever get built. It might get built and not succeed. I don't know -- no one does right now.
But an amusement park on that site has been a complete failure. I've never understood people's attraction to Jazzland -- it was a bad location and a bad investment. I'm confused on where your interest about this project is coming from -- is it new? Or have you been following this throughout the Southern Star and Nickelodeon disasters, and the recent RFP that the City solicited last fall?
