After watching all these Pelicans videos, "I'm in". In the beginning i thought PELICANS was lame, but I can't get enough of these Pelicans trying to eat everything. I love it.

Pretty sure we can all agree that the team will be called the Pelicans... only thing left to dispute, at this point, is the colors...

They also have the intelligence level of amoebas. Throw a bottle of bleach or can of hairspray in the air, and a pelican is very likely to catch it and ingest it.

In all seriousness though, I like the name, and I like the color scheme. I thought it was going to be the Krewe from the beginning, but I like this. My initial concern with the Pelicans (as much as I liked the name the whole time), was that you have to be careful with the colors and unis so you don't look like Jackie Moon plays on the team.

With my awesome powers of clairvoyance, I have deduced that you do not much approve for pelicans as a team name.

I was going to post a list of team names dumber than Pelicans but it was mostly just Raptors and inanimate objects like Heat and Thunder. I know Hawks are smarter, but I'm not so sure about pants (Knicks) or Celtics
