I play the Grizz again, so far the series is 1-1.

I need a good sim today.. have favorable matchups... so if I don't go at least 3-3 I'll be disappointed.
Hornets Report Sim League presents...

I play the Grizz again, so far the series is 1-1.
2004-2005 Sim League World Champion Los Angeles Lakers
Scores are up! 28-27! Went 4-2... dropped a game to the Heat and the Nets... those are gunna come back and bite me in the ***.... Beat the Warriors though.
5-3
Lost to the Grizz Suns and Trailblazers (Who always play me well). Unacceptable.
I get so excited with a 5-2 sim, only to follow it up with a 2-5 sim. Balancing itself out.

PR Sim League: Miami Heat
TJ Ford - Jason Terry - James Posey - Stromile Swift - Andrew Bynum
Bench: Juan Carlos Navarro - Cedric Ceballos - Trevor Ariza - Marc Jackson - Darko Milicic
My team went 4-3 and we beat the Grizz by 36 points, the Lakers and the Wizards. Sam freakin' Clancy is outplaying Martin off the bench some games! lol Who said second rounders didn't mean squat? Hopefully I find a way to actually get my team to win more sims though in the final stretch. They're doing great compared to previous seasons.
"I want ONLY 9 eyebrows in the starting lineup for the Hornets next year." I typed this before the draft lottery
Okay, now that the sim is out of the way, I can focus on work for the rest of the day LOL
I wish my team hemorrhaged points like Shaq/Lakers/Griz/Blazers do... outside of Vlade Divac's rebounding points, my point dividends are anemic at best.
I feel the same way, Stro and Chandler did it for me for awhile, but not consistently enough to give me anything.
fun fact. Hornets are league's highest scoring team.
Then again I was averging 85 ppg before the trade and I'm at 99.8 now.
My team is too inconsistent defensively and my 3-point shooters are letting me down. Manu, Wally Z and Voshon are shooting in the low 30s.
looking back at my PPG after this sim against my PPG prior to switching to my balanced/fast strategy... I went from 88.9 PPG >>> 92.3 PPG
And
oPPG from then to now went from... 96.3 >>> 93.5
Just need to start shooting more efficiently (I'm talking to you Arenas lol)
Wait you were scoring 88.9 and giving up 96.3?!? You were -7 and in the playoff race LOL.
I hate the Blazers, also Zo only played 15 min against you, but scored 16. Weirdest game of the season, no one scored 20, 7 guys in double figures, nuts.
No offense but what the actual **** lol Grizz average 103 yet in our two games, to 81 and 80. I do not look forward to playing the Blazers
Not lately, since before the break, I've only gotten like 2 points a sim, its killing me.
Also Timmy D is back in the Player of the Month awards. and Yao won a player of the week... interesting
