I checked at like 6:30 (Stupid East coast conferences) and nothing. I was not happy I couldn't get the download started before my conference calls.

Yep, I did it for madden and it started downloading at Midnight. And you don't pay taxes on it at all. You can also use it for up to two consoles i believe.
