A few questions to the general public:
1. How are people offering to trade people that won't be under contract? I was pretty sure sign and trades were not a part of the game
2. Are retirements before or after the draft? It would be ashamed if someone trades for a guy and he retires before they can use him.
I think people are assuming certain players will want to re-sign with their team.
Right but there's still a waiting period after signing a deal correct ?
