The dead period is usually from 12AM(midnight)-8AM but since yours is so close it will just extend into that period to 12:50AM tonight (or tomorrow morning, whatever way you want to look at it lol).

Why does everyone think that I made such a bad trade? I got rid of my second biggest cap player, got 3 picks in return (one was a first rounder), already have a very serviceable center besides Rasho, and filled a need at SF.
the mavs 2002 first is pretty low most likely that's all really.

How? I didn't need any more PF's and Richardson is much better than the SF you were offering. I also got rid of Kukoc who was hampering my cap space. Did you ever make that trade with Oneil?
Kemp is on the block for anyone who has cap space, needs a strong veteran who puts up good numbers, and is a contender. I can package him with SG Derek Anderson (Good defender and three point shooter), SF Mike Smith (veteran efficient scorer on a good contract), or SF Hedo Turkoglu (Young lock down defender).

Ok so I did some research. Trades to teams over the cap can be up to 115% over the cap.
A Few questions again (sorry):
Did you find out about if the offseason days count towards the 60 day rule?
Will there be the 30 day preseason and does that count to the 60 day rule?
