It would be really nice to know what they look like (ratings and what not) so that teams with multiple draft picks can leverage that against trading picks away.

I have to make the file from scratch which takes a ton of time. 100 players, countless ratings, height, weight, age, etc etc etc.

Just trying to garner some pre deadline interest. Pryzbilla, House, and future picks are a package for a veteran starter quality C or PG. Donyell Marshall (great defender, rebounder, 3pt shooter) and Tony Delk (solid scorer and backup SG) are also both on the block. I understand that these players don't have great stats, but Delk hardly plays behind Jones and neither are scoring options or get many shots due to Webber shooting about 30 times a game. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Worst comes to worst I'll just go into the game and edit the created rookies into the real life draft prospects lol

Well it's not mine, what's a csv? lol. Like I said though, I'm not even sure if that's the right way to go. I just figured it was because the players file that comes with the game is an excel document.

I tried to just download a already created draft class but couldn't figure it out. I just kept getting this weird file, I think the site that was linked may just be old and out of date.

I know someone who's run a league before, I may talk to him about how to go about doing the rookie draft classes.
