Can't go wrong with a 22 year old Kobe lol. Good first pick.
Zolinho is on the clock, I shot him a pm letting him know so he should pick soon.

I have to enter it into the game, and then it will process. So if I'm not here when a pick is made, I won't be able to enter it.
I'm not sure if I will just do it as we go or every 5-10 picks I will do it, so I'd say keep up with it on your own.
That is one reason why I don't want anyone posting in the draft thread unless you are making your pick, so everyone knows where we are and you don't have to go through a bunch of posts to find out. Drafts run smoother that way.

So let me get this straight, so this do not go as past statistics(such the 2002 season someone has 19ppg so they will in this league?)
Also does the potential grade means anything? Because I saw a Tonkin hall of famers on that list who's grade wasn't true.
No, this does not go by past stats. This goes by what the player is rated out in the game, which should often be like they are in real life.
And no, the potential grades don't mean much, if anything.
Gotcha!![]()
Now lets see if my plan A falls to my pick!
Let me know who he is and I won't take him...
It's funny though, I just had a pretty aggravating moment. I was messing around with the program and everytime I tried to save it it would give me a error message. I was like "come on man, another issue?" so I looked around on the net and forgot that I had to run as admin before I started the program (same reason why I had trouble with the index at first).
So for future reference, if I ever say I had a problem with something, someone ask me if I ran as admin first. My admin profile is corrupted so I have to do everything from here.
I'm iffy about my pick but I guess you can't really go wrong with Shaq.

What y'all think about Duncan? Worth the #2 pick? I would've picked him with a first too (before Shaq or Kobe).

Duncan was the guy I wanted the most, so yes.
I updated the index if you guys want to look under your team.
The four players that were picked are still in the draft preview though, not sure if that takes longer to update or what. I'll have to ask.
Yep, that's part of what makes this game so fun.
I haven't decided if I'll just download the draft class and that be that, or if I'll edit them some first though.
There is also a real draft lottery that the game provides. Another cool thing.
Don't know if I'll make it all intense and only post a few slots at a time though...![]()
All great picks IMO so far, I'm curious to see how it goes now because I had those guys as the top 4.
Gosh, I can't wait till my pick!
2013-1014 is the season the Pelicans fanbase grows!!!!
If someone doesn't make their pick it will be autopicked, and if you miss your pick again in the next round you will be on autoselect until I get a pm from you.
And yep, 12 rounds.
I'm also considering another rule, not sure if I want to go with it or not. Need some feedback. I pm everyone when they are up. If I see you read the pm, and didn't pick before you logged off, then you will be autopicked. Now if you are online and don't read the pm then log off, that's a different story. Yay? Nay?

since we are starting in 2000, will the simulation know a player's tendencies after that year? Will it know if he will get injured etc?
5th pick was hard for me to pick. I was very torn on a couple of guys, but in the end I went with TMAC
Bee-Fense is up right now, he's online now so hopefully he'll pick soon.
Is this going to know Vince Carter is going to turn out really lazy? Cause I looked up the loyalty, greed, and desire to play for a winner and he seems to be good for all that.
