Keep in mind, I believe he sees the index differently than we do. Our letter grades are made up of numerous variables. He gets to see all those variables which helps decide what needs the most work. Before I trained, I simply gave him a list of 3 possibilities, and he replied with a suggestion on which spot needs the most work.
I didn't know AD could help is with that.

On another note, Sam Dalembert was picked 10th in that draft by the Nuggets. It's sad they moved him, they basically will get 10 points and a late first back for a guy that would have been perfect next to Bosh.
