I mean you can offer anyone, but only the guys with three or more bird years will be able to get a good salary.
And I really haven't seen too many players with bird years.

Where did the FA signing rules go? IE 3 years and u can sign up to 110% percent for previous salary or max?
He puts those on each FA thread every year, I'm sure it just slipped his mind since he was putting up new rules. I pasted it on the 2003 FA thread

Hey if anyone is still having trouble getting on the index, I ran it through a proxy and I can get on it fine. Not sure why its getting blocked, but it is at least for me

Ya idk what's up. I used www.proxify.com to put in the address and got the index on my phone. Haven't tried it on my desktop, but I'm sure it works on there too, if you don't mind using a proxy for it. Better than nothing
Yeah it works on desktop too. Really annoying to have to do, but at least I can see it again.
Edit: Actually it doesn't work past the initial menu. Damn.
