I've got multiple FA targets but only 6 million to spend. I think I should be allowed to send out multiple offers at once. At least 3, it would be dumb if the plan B signed to a team for 3 million when I would have paid 6 and I lose plan A... Gm's have discussions with multiple agents at once.

I never got PMs that it was my turn, but I checked the forum and picked. I don't think CP3 has to worry about letting everyone know it's their turn.
